Abstracted Wisteria

Painted completely within Inkscape - January, 2024

Abstracted Wisteria evolved from Astroscape #3 and #4.

When creating #3, I thought about the wisteria plant and its powerful vines.

Abstracted Wisteria places the vines as lines, similar to the energy lines coming from a powerful star.

A single print, what I call a monoprint, was created: 1 print - 36" x 24".

The print was made on Red River Paper’s Palo Duro Etching #315 - which has a sandy texture.

Price includes frame and high end acrylic which reduces fading from sunlight and minimizes reflection.
