Printed on 100% cotton paper from Red River Paper - meeting archival standards.

Flagler Beach is a little south from Jacksonville Beach in Florida. The sand has a reddish tint to it.

But even more interesting, the beach has almost a quicksand feel to it - one's feet plunges into it.

Even the birds' feet sinks into the sand.

We visited the beach in late January. It was a cold day.

The birds were grouped in 4's - almost huddling from the wind.

Different types of birds were peacefully standing adjacent to each other - mostly looking out to the sea and absorbing the sun's rays.

As in my other works, the jpg file actually looks differently in the final print.

The printing process and the paper shifts the sand and water's texture into a completely different realm.
