Moonlight View at the Beach

Printed on 100% cellulose, acid free, paper from Hahnemühle {German Etching 105} with archival standards

We attended a wedding at Emerald Isle, outside Wilmington, NC.

Scott & Lauren rented a home that was built up to the beach.

From the 2nd floor porch there was a beautiful evening view that just shimmered at night.

We had a full moon. A few wisp of clouds surrounded the moon.

More clouds were forming at the ocean's surface. And there were some white caps on the waves.

When creating the clouds, I used the loose fiber in the paper to increase the "wispiness."

Clouds in the final print look like they are coming off the canvas.
